The Magic Moment

I wish I could make Her understand that you have to take risks.

She needs to stop holding back, and approaching life too cautiously.

Nothing lasts forever, and worst yet is the short time that we have been granted to spend in each other’s presence.

We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen.

Every day, God gives us the sun–and also one moment in which we have the ability to change everything that makes us unhappy.

Every day, we try to pretend that we haven’t perceived that moment, that it doesn’t exist–that today is the same as yesterday and will be the same as tomorrow.

But if people really pay attention to their everyday lives, they will discover that magic moment.

It may arrive in the instant when we are doing something mundane, like putting our front-door key in the lock.

It may lie hidden in the quiet that follows the lunch hour at work or in the thousand and one things that all seem the same to us.

But that moment exists–a moment when all the power of the stars becomes a part of us and enables us to perform miracles within our lives.

I hope that She will embrace it, and let me in, before it’s too late.

Extraordinary things happen when you let God into your life… Everything you ask for is delivered to you at the oddest of times, in the most unexpected places… All you have to do, is Come As You Are.

I never knew how to express this revelation, until I was introduced to this song this Friday, by Her. It’s perfect. I thank Her.

Beautiful song to start off this beautiful Sunday, and bring the beautiful week that I had to a beautiful end.

May it hopefully bring forth another week filled with beauty, joy, prosperity, success, and most importantly - love.
